Job Description:
This position will be part of the Swims/Stream system rebuild project team. The PR3 will work both on front end and backend development. This system provides support for the Division of Surface Water’s NPDES permit program supporting both external and internal users via the agency’s Ebusiness Center commerce portal and internal Webapps application portal. The PR3 will work under the direction of a software architect and be assigned independent/individual work tasks and be responsible for their timely completion and conformance with architectural standards for the application. We are an Agile shop so exposure to this method would be helpful.
The successful candidate should have 5 or more years of development/programming experience with emphasis on the following specific skills
