Responsibilities
• Participates in business / functional requirements sessions to understand business / functional needs
• Conducts process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, create requirements for new processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes
• Documents business / functional requirements and/or user stories and develops/ proposes solutions
• Identifies and surfaces to project leadership risks to timeline, scope, quality, and cost
• Documents work flows / processes using accepted workflow tools (e.g. Visio)
• Interacts with project managers to identify risks, communicate risk and status, and assess potential impacts to the projects / overall program
• Supports Test Lead; develops test scenarios and test cases and assists with review of data to determine its validity
Skills
• Monitors specifications and requirements for internal/external project team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to develop requirement documents and user stories
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
• Possesses strong technical acumen with the ability to translate information and research into non- technical language as necessary to effectively communicate to varying stakeholder audiences
• Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects
• Self-starter; able to manage and adjust priorities according to project / program priorities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of ITIL services framework is a plus
• Experience in Digital Transformation specifically in Identity and Web Applications and Portals a plus
