General Summary:
Coordinates and monitors the scheduling and technical performance of DAS programs specific to the SharePoint Service. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Develops new business and expands service line working with Agencies, Boards and Commissions across the state. Ensures adherence to Master Plans and Schedules, develops solutions to Program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to the Program from various Agencies or Departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to Program Team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Perform program management for DAS / OIT for the SharePoint Service
• Work with senior Government Staff, Project leads, other contractors, and designated staff to determine requirements, priorities, and schedules
• Provide Program Management, analysis, contracting oversight, budget execution and personnel hiring support
• Provide day-to-day interface between related programs, to ensure efficient and effective communication of program requirements
• Develop Project Plans and manage the activities of the IT Support Team as well as maintaining IT Products and Standards
• Responsible for managing very complex and / or high risk programs / engagements;
• Directs daily staff and task activities to meet work objectives
• Assures quality of task products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews and audits
• Serves as a liaison with Agencies / Boards / Commissions to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work / military experience
• Seven (7) plus years providing similar management and technical knowledge across diverse projects / programs in Government;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Key Qualifications/Required Skills:

Must have the ability to manage and ensure the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in assigned program(s). Must have the ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff as assigned.

• Effective Management and Leadership skills
• A complete understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and related disciplines
• Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and related third-party components
• Experience managing Projects / Programs in System Engineering Lifecycle and related disciplines (requirements, design, development, testing, rollout, and maintenance) is required
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective business development skills including proposal development and preparation
• Effective communication skills
• Detailed knowledge of relevant Government regulations and standards
• Experience in planning, monitoring and coordinating all activities of the
• Support Team working in conjunction with Project leads
• Demonstrated success in managing manpower planning, project reviews, scheduling and budget control
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior Government staff
• Experience in State Government preferred
• DevOps Experience is preferred
