Testing Lead (Test 4)
Job Description:
The Testing Lead will lead a User Acceptance Test team through the full testing lifecycle for the Medical Marijuana Control Program (MMCP) Seed to Sale, E-licensing, Video Management System, and other IT solutions. In addition, the Testing Lead will evaluate software contractors System Test plans and execution results to insure completeness and quality. The Testing lead should have a four year degree or equivalent technical study with 7 years of relevant experience.
The Test Lead should have extensive experience in leading test teams for enterprise software development solutions including Systems Testing and User Acceptance Testing experience.
Skills Required:
• Full testing lifecycle
• Creation of testing approach, test plans, test schedule, test cases/scripts, and hands-on test execution
• Management of testing team, strong preference for System Test and/or User Acceptance Test leadership- this role will oversee 2 Testers and report to the App Dev Manager
• User Testing on the Salesforce platform required
• No Coding experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
