Job Title: Help Desk Analyst 1/HDA1

Interviews: Phone interview with a potential second interview onsite.
Position will close to new submittals: Tuesday 10/3 @ 10AM

The duration of this contract will be the State Fiscal year 2018 which starts after October 1, 2017 and ends June 30th 2018 with a possibility of renewing beyond that date. Management will reserve the right and inform the company 30 days prior to June 30th 2018.
The position is Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm with 60 minute unpaid lunch.
Job Description:
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities is in need of (2) tier 1 phone helpdesk support staff who are patient and capable of gathering accurate information from end-users.

Requirements:
.  2+ years experience in a technical Helpdesk role
.  2+ years troubleshooting technical user issues and documenting the needed information into the ServiceNow platform.
.  2+ years experience supporting windows OS (7, 8.1 and preferably 10)
.  2+ years experience with Microsoft active directory and Microsoft Windows OS as well as the Office suite (Office 365).
.  2+ years of experience in a position where good communication and customer service is required

.  Live within 30 miles from 150 E. Campus View Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43235 and will report to the same address.

.  Having a valid Ohio driver's license.
