Role Description:
Key Role Responsibilities: This role will be SIM’s business consultant working in collaboration with leadership team, SIM Analysts and other Enterprise Governance team members:
. Consults with executive-level stakeholders to define business need or problem; conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data;
. Requires experience providing consulting services to governmental entities.
. Analyzes problems to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization.
. Requires knowledge in computer programming and other related technical fields as well as extensive experience in a business or industry subject matter.
. Analyzes data to determine solution, recommends changes in processes and practices, or redesign of products or services.
. Advises client or department heads on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution.
. Facilitates discussions, creates reports and provides operational support for planning activities
. Understand Enterprise Planning functions and processes and able to coordinate communication with technical teams
Required Soft Skills:
Mandatory: More than 10 Years of Experience in the following areas
Each vendor candidate responding to this solicitation must demonstrate the following experience:
. Demonstrable understanding of relational database concepts
. Solid understanding of architecture principles and best practices
. SharePoint Development
. Tableau Reports Development
Preferred Experience:
. Experience in Strategic Planning procedures and practices
. Knowledge in governance frameworks such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL
. Public Sector experience
. Application management experience
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to interface and resolve issues across all levels of an organization
Preferred Education:
. College degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
. Certification in process improvement

. At least 2 reference contacts from client company supervisors familiar with on-the-job work performance related to required experience
