Requirement Description:
This position will function as a highly skilled Technical Specialist with specific responsibilities that include:
. Data classification
. Information Risk assessment, management and migration
. Information Security policy review, updates and development
. Information Security education and awareness
. Automatically aggregate and correlate security information
. Reduce the time and effort required to identify and respond to high-risk or suspicious security events
. Create security dashboards for technical, managerial and executive level agency staff
. Hardening the internal and external ODOT networks through the use of:
Port Security Implementation
Firewall automation scripts that update blacklists and whitelists
Honey pot technologies
IronPort secure web and email proof-of-concept
. Assist the ODOT security team with building in-house vulnerability and pentation testing capabilities
. Assist in the identification and development of an Identity Access Management program that will help manage multiple identities and relationships, improving data consistency, accuracy and security
. Strong communication/leadership skills.
. Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience.
. Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
. Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Mandatory Requirements/Time:
. 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
. 4 years’ of relevant experience.
