Requirement Description: short description on what they will be working on, objectives, and tasks/deliverables The position is responsible for eliciting and documenting data requirements for the design and implementation of the master data management RFP and assisting with implementation. It requires collaboration with key members of functional organizations (Business units) and technical systems (IT teams). This position will gather data requirements by analyzing master data needs across multiple systems and performing data profiling, as required.

Role and Responsibilities
• Ability to elicit and document data requirements
• Assist in the development of conceptual and logical data models
• Create business and technical source to target mapping documentation
• Execute data profiling to access current state system data quality
• Document data quality issues and assist in remediation activities
• Provide data analytic support from requirements through to system deployment
• Create test data beds to be used by the development and testing team
• Monitor and troubleshoot data transfers and data integration issues
• Identify and document KPIs; Develop KPI calculations
• Actively engage with technical resources on creating and managing a data governance dashboard

Interview

During the interview process with the Ohio Benefits staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

• Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.

Mandatory Requirements/Time

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience performing data analysis for either a data warehouse or master data management project
• Ability to apply judgment in problem solving client situations and scope of communication with client.
• Prior experience with Informatica Data Quality, Business Glossary, and Metadata Management solutions.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 3-5 years of previous experience in Health Care, Government or Social Services.
• Health and Human Services (HHS) experience is preferred.
