Requirement Description:
Provide JAVA design, analysis and development services, work in partnership with ODT staff in relation to our eCommerce and Income Tax systems.
Various applications and development opportunities related to Income Tax, possibly including but not limited to:
• Reformat DTE
• ClearCase Implementation
• WAS Upgrade
• Refund Status
• Upload Documentation
• MUNI UI & Replacement
• Electronic Income Statement Filing
• Convert CICS to JAVA

During the interview process with the Department of TAX staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.
Strong communication/ leadership skills.

Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.

Mandatory Requirements/Time:
Ten or more years of JAVA experience
Ten or more years of CICS experience
Five or more years of ClearCase experience
