43247: Columbus, OH – IT – DOH – Program Manager 3/PM3

DOH is looking for a PM3 for a 1352-hour assignment onsite. Extensions beyond the initial term are likely, but not at all guaranteed. The Agency is seeking an "all around Project Manager" that has the ability to manage the Client as well as the IT-side. Onsite interviews are absolutely required. Do not submit candidates unavailable to interview onsite within 24 hours. Also, please ensure candidates are aware of the lengthy on-boarding process at DOH. A PO could take up to 3 weeks to generate.

Candidates must be immediately available to begin work @ DOH (once compliant and PO is in place).

NTE Rate: $79.33

Requirements:
7-8 years of IT Project Management experience
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
PMP desired but not required

Candidates must have proven work experience with the following responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of estimates for the enhancement or development effort in planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Accountable for delivery of all work tasks identified in the program plan
Responsible for the capture and reporting of requirements program management metrics
Adjust and revise estimates when necessary
Ensure all changes to scope follow processes and are documented
Ensure processes and activities are followed
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related issues and resolution of issues.
Anticipate issues and proactively address them. Resolve conflicts with sensitivity and tact.
Communicate effectively with customers and software / hardware suppliers supporting the State as appropriate.
Identify and track issues.
Accountable for activities with excess delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months.
