DODD is seeking an individual to do perform a variety of tasks in support of DODD system implementation and deployment initiatives. Primary focus would be imagineIS project management and training support and other duties as assigned in support of agency initiatives/projects

Please note that for this engagement, DODD expects travel expenses will be covered under the billed rate for this engagement. The candidates are to log in their timesheet the travel time it took from the home office to the destination and return trip to Columbus. So, if they work 6hrs and in addition it took 2hrs to get there and 2hrs to return then they would log 10hrs (6hr of work and 4hr of travel) that day on their timesheet. It is assumed that travel will originate from the home office (Columbus, Ohio) location.

Background:

Over the past year DODD ITS has developed, and deployed a number of key initiatives including: imagine, Level of Care (LOC), Review Data System (RDS), and Medicaid Services System/Payment Authorization Waivers System (MSS/PAWS). As part of these efforts DODD has produced supporting documentation for these deployments either directly or with augmented resources. In some cases DODD has staff onsite in counties supporting deployment/adoption efforts.

As part of ongoing efforts to support adoption of key DODD applications DODD is seeking an individual to support DODD Senior Program and Project Management staff. Specific work activities include: In-house support of deployments by measuring adoption metrics through reporting mechanisms (MS Dynamics CRM); Work with DODD communications team to ensure appropriate artifacts are developed and surfaced on the DODD website; Supporting DODD Program/Project management staff in day to day support of DODD onsite trainers and DODD division agency staff working on these initiatives; Other activities could include updates to documentation sets as assigned; Offsite activities may include coordination and problem resolution with appropriate escalation to DODD Program/Project management staff; Other offsite activities could include typical training activities such as planning, training, implementation and post training support for the purposes of supporting system adoption as needed; Facilitation and support assisting the DODD Program and Project management staff;. The selected incumbent would manage the "parking lot" questions and surface these with DODD Senior Program and Project management staff; attends meeting on behalf of DODD Program/Project Management staff as assigned.

The work will be performed in DODD central office as well as County Board locations throughout the state.

Requirements:
• Five years of demonstrated experience in deployment/adoption of enterprise applications and working through adoption issues that may arise.
o Communication skills in the areas of business process mapping and system adoption and deployment
o Change management, training and education, techniques for opening effective lines of communication
o Demonstrated high competency in conducting presentations and webinars
• Previous experience working within state and local government health and human services change transformation efforts
• Experience with Developmental Disabilities policy and operations
• Experience in pulling information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM in order to support application adoption
