Provide project support in the areas of agency readiness, process improvement, communications, training, and adoption of new processes and IT solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:
a. At least 1 year of business analysis experience.
b. At least 1 year of experience working on an IT or business process project.
Preferred Requirements:
c. At least 1 year experience working in either business readiness, process improvement, communications, or training.
d. Knowledgeable of PMI and Prosci organizational change management terminology.
e. Government or higher education experience.
f. Project management experience.
g. Lean Six Sigma experience.
