Job Title: Program Manager 3 / PM3 (Sharepoint Project Manager)

Skills
1. Required – 7+ years of experience managing/implementing SharePoint 2013 platform in a multi-tenant environment.
2. Required - Minimum 7 years of proven Program management experience implementing software projects (managing multiple projects as part of a program)
3. Required – PMP and SCRUM Master Certification and at least 5 years experience implementing projects using Agile Methodology.
4. Advantageous – Completed Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Training and/or certification.
Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple projects within the program including resources and budget.
2. Facilitate client and team meetings.
3. Communicate progress effectively to senior management.
4. Define project scope, goals and deliverables for the various projects within the program.
5. Liaison with ODM Business, ODM IT, JFS, DAS and OIT to achieve project objectives and issue resolution.
6. Develop and maintain Program/project plan.
7. Oversee quality control throughout project(s) lifecycle.
8. Manage scope changes.
9. Ensure project(s) documentation is completed and stored correctly.
10. Conduct post mortems, compile lessons learnt and communicate to project team and senior management.
11. Develop and deliver progress reports on projects, migrations, upgrades, etc.
12. Support the SharePoint Portfolio Manager in the growth and adoption of SharePoint use at ODM.
13. Liaise with Business and IT regarding ongoing growth of SharePoint Platform and upgrades and communicate to team.
