The Ohio Department of Health is looking for a TS4/Technical Specialist 4 for an assignment through the end of this fiscal year. Extensions are highly likely, for an additional 1-2 years.

The Agency is looking for an senior to expert-level Cognos resource. The resource will be working on a prototype project for the Director's Office.
Cognos DW/BI will bring together agency data to create on-demand reporting across the enterprise. This individual will be evaluating data, building a data mart, ETL, and create dashboards. An ideal candidate would have all experience listed, but the concentration will be on data modeling.
Data model would be priority
Self-service BI model
SQL experience (SSRS would be a plus)
Dash-boarding data
Data Analysis
Data modeling experience required
Will be using Cognos 10
Will be working with CIO, Chief of Staff, Director, etc. so strong communication skills are important
ETL experience would be a plus
BI experience would be a plus
