The Ohio Department of Transportation Division of Information Technology is looking for a Business Analyst 3 to support The Ohio Department of Transportation's Data Governance project. The assignment will go through the end of fiscal, with the possibility of being extended into next fiscal.

Years of Experience: 7 plus years
Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a self-starter.
• Ability to work with a dynamic team in a diverse team environment
• Ability to develop strong client and working relationships with the team
• Database design and modeling is a plus
• Experience working with government agencies is a plus
• GIS experience is a plus
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Must have strong communication skills; both written and spoken
• Must have ability to work in a team environment
