Network Specialist Responsibilities
• Add and monitor network devices in network management software (currently AccelOps)
• Run analytics, create rules, reports, dashboards and notifications for useful monitoring of critical devices in network management software
• Troubleshoot network issues, both ODOT owned and leased line
• Submit service requests for new and existing circuits, both cellular and leased line
• Monitor and track leased line circuit information and cellular activations
• Manage internal and interagency firewalls
• Assist with configuring network devices
• Access to restart key services and applications for the Division, especially off hours
